I graduated from Fresno State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. My years in Fresno has given me an intimate, insider perspective of all of the different and unique neighborhoods that this city has to offer. After watching the growth and change of all of these areas and the impact that it has had on the lives of people around me, I realized that my love for this city, combined with my unique perspective, made becoming a real estate agent the perfect fit! Not enough words to say how thankful we are to have Oscar. Unfortunately our process to aquire a home was very difficult due to the lack of homes compare to the number of buyers but more so with many mistakes by our lending company throughout the process. I can truly truly say that if it wasn't for him, we not be in our new home. He is patient, understanding, , putring hia clients 1st. He never fot tire of us. After going through a few realtors I found Oscar. He met with me right away, explained the whole process which, none of the others did. When I sent him a property I was interested in, he replied right away and got me into seeing them really quick. He was very interested in what I wanted and made sure I was happy. When I was ready to put my bid in, he was with me every step of the way. He is definitely 10/10 and would recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor. -

I have never bought a house before and wasnt sure what to expect. Oscar had been highly recommended to us. Let me tell you he and his team EXCEEDED our expectations. He knows his stuff when it comes to homes, resale, inspections, offers, etc. I felt so comfortable working with oscar, he was great about making appointments immediately, he always got back to me, and his advice was incredibly useful.
